happy life: end of week review & ONE intention for next week

Hello — we are glad you found your way here.

as we work thru the week monday to friday we often fall back into old habbits. some of these habbits are unhealty or make us and people around us suffer. in this short sharing we want to take a few minutes to reflect on the past week and come up with ONE intention for the next week. Next week we can reflect on how the week was, how we were able to follow our intention. we keep it short, 3-5 min per person. it is not about modern "self optimization" but rather beeing more happy and become a better person.

If Friday afternoons could become your unhurried hour, we would be glad to keep a seat free for you.
