eqoah (Every Quarter Of An Hour) is a global platform for online sharing groups and meditation. Our vision: Every 15 minutes, a group starts somewhere in the world where people truly listen to one another.
Instead of superficiality and judgment, we practice Deep Sharing:
Speak Truthfully: One person speaks without interruption.
Listen Deeply: Everyone else listens with full presence—no advice, no judgment, no internal commentary.
Heal & Grow: In a protected space, people discover they are not alone in their challenges.
Whether it’s general mindfulness or specific topics like neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, or grief support—at eqoah, you will find like-minded people. It is a global directory for peer groups where you feel understood.
We are a "For Good" company. Our goal isn't wealth, but building a sustainable infrastructure for healing.
Fair: A small monthly fee (approx. $10/€10) covers the costs.
Solidary: Those who can give more help fund spots for those who cannot afford the fee.
